Today I realized something...I have been in love with a memory. I was waiting on her to be what I needed her to be back then. Of course it just made me miserable so I have decided to stop. I have a few others that are interested in me and I haven't given them a shot because on the back of my mind they weren't her. Now I see that as a good thing rather then trying to fill her slot I want to have something new. A brand new place for a different person not just a space to be filled. We shared something beautiful but everything teaches us something and I think she taught me how to love. I don't want to waste that gift by not sharing it with others.

I really like this one so I am bringing it back!!!



I could only hear the sound of the music blaring in the background as the passion took us both down.

With a beautiful melody and a few of the right lyrics from Ani DiFranco...it was like away we go.

This is just another bump along the road of moving on and it is all because of that damn song.

Why did it have to say everything that I wanted to...and how did the words she sang make me want to touch you.

It is all a mystery and it is just a reminder that I have not really evolved but still I am laying next to you and trying to regain my resolve.

We are smoking another cigarette because neither one of us can think of the words that need to be said just yet.

Time is escaping us as we sit here over analyzing our unusual perdicament...only realizing that it will probably happen again.
